Kill the Shadow, an intriguing mystery/detective game from developer Shadowlight Sanctuary, has a brand-new trailer out. In it, players get a brief glimpse into the moody, neon-lit world of the game as the basic premise of the storyline is explained: the protagonist, one Detective Ah’Guang, is on a quest to uncover a variety of bizarre murder cases while a strange shadow creature clings to his being, one that allows him to read memories and reconstruct past events. Understandably, this ends up being an extremely useful tool in your investigations, but the game nonetheless gives you free reign in terms of how you approach problems: use your wits, bribe people, employ psychological warfare... or just beat suspects to a pulp.
