Publisher Nacon has released a new gameplay trailer for developer Cyanide’s Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood, finally showing off a few quick glimpses of what the highly anticipated werewolf-themed action-RPG will have in store for players. Set in the same universe as the popular Vampire: The Masquerade franchise, the game will focus on the eternal struggle of werewolves as they try to save Gaia – our world – from death and corruption; in Earthblood, you take on the role of a werewolf named Cahal, a former exile who now returns to his old clan to fight the evil corporation of Endron. Gameplay in Earthblood will be a threefold affair, making use of each of Cahal’s forms – human, wolf and werewolf. As a human, you’re able to interact and converse with other people; your wolf form excels at stealth and scouting; while your proper werewolf form is… well, it’s very good at ripping people apart. You are a werewolf, after all.

Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood will be available on PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and PC via the Epic Games Store when it launches on February 4, 2021.
