Systemic Reaction has announced Second Extinction, a 3-player co-op FPS where you battle waves of hostile, mutated dinosaurs as you try to reclaim an overrun Earth. Second Extinction promises non-stop, adrenaline-pumping action in a series of missions where teamwork is key, and where each member must use their unique abilities and arsenal to help the rest of the team in the war against the dinosaurs. After each mission, you’ll return to your home base – an orbital space station – where you’ll get to use your collected rewards to purchase more weapons and upgrades to help you in future assignments. So far, the developers have revealed three unique heroes (with supposedly more to come later) and a small selection of dinosaurs, including various types of raptors and a giant, mutated T-Rex.
