Timespinner, a game inspired by 90s platformers like Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, is finally out. Successfully Kickstarted all the way back in 2014, Timespinner tells the tale of a young woman called Lunais, who embarks upon a quest for vengeance after witnessing the murder of her entire family. As the title no doubt implies, time itself plays a key role in the adventure – you’ll explore both past and present, traverse massive, connected levels and wield time-altering abilities to help you progress, all in the visual style of a classic 16-bit title. What’s more, the game also supports local co-operative play, allowing another player to take control of Lunais’ trusty familiar to join the action.
