Delores: A Thimbleweed Park Mini-Adventure is out now on Steam and the Epic Games Store, inviting players back to everyone’s favorite pixel-town of Thimbleweed Park for yet another adventure. And here’s the best part: it’s completely free. Originally started by Ron Gilbert as a way to kill some time during quarantine, the project eventually evolved into something bigger, and as more developers jumped on board to help, ended up as a standalone game. As Gilbert notes, though, it’s not a sequel.

The mini-adventure stars Delores, one of the playable characters of the original game as she returns to Thimbleweed Park to make some money as a photographer. It features a new engine with some new functions, and – as we noted above – it’s completely free to play. So head on over to either Steam or the Epic Games Store and start pointing and clicking and… doing other things. Like taking photos.
