Developer Sengi Games and publisher Team17 have announced an April 26 launch date for The Serpent Rogue, an upcoming action-adventure game taking place in a moody, dark fantasy universe. Players will take on the role of the Warden, a mysterious wanderer well-versed in the art of alchemy, as he embarks on a perilous journey to stop a corruption called the Serpent Rogue from spreading across the realm. Alchemy, as you might’ve guessed, will play a pivotal role in the game, as the Warden will have to gather and experiment with a multitude of ingredients in order to concoct a great variety of powerful potions to help with his mission, some of which even allow him to shapeshift into different creatures.
