Developer Drop of Pixel has announced Underworld Dreams, a Lovecraftian horror game based on The King in Yellow by Robert W. Chambers. Underworld Dreams stars Arthur Adler, a man who returns to the so-called Groc House, the place where a series of murders he’d previously been blamed for were committed – the game essentially has you live through the found footage capturing Arthur’s last visit to the house. Drop of Pixel is hoping to offer a traditional horror experience with Underworld Dreams, complete with plenty of puzzles, investigation, combat, and even the possibility of unlocking multiple endings. The game is being developed exclusively for the Nintendo Switch and will be out in Q1 2020.
