Vengeance of Mr. Peppermint, a 2D beat’em up game inspired by Korean crime dramas, will be launching on October 23, developer Hack The Publisher and Freedom Games have announced. Players will embody the titular Mr. Peppermint, a detective embarking on a bloody quest for vengeance to find and punish those responsible for his sister’s death. Utilizing challenging beat’em up gameplay, the game will have you carry out combos and flashy finishers as you wreak havoc in the criminal underworld – however, as his rage intensifies and his revenge consumes him, our hero’s very mind begins to crumble and the narrative takes twisted, dark turns.
