Need a trip back to the glory days of NES platformers? Street Cleaner: The Video Game from developer Creaky Lantern Games might just be able to help you with that. Inspired by classic 80s action movies and the various 8-bit platformers of that era, Street Cleaner: The Video Game will let you wield gun and baseball bat alike as you – true to your name – set out to clear the streets of San Diego of crime. The game is set to feature seven stages and ten unique boss fights, a soundtrack by synthwave musician Street Cleaner, a so-called Assist Mode for custom-tailoring the difficulty (with things like infinite health, ammo and so on), and even a Hardcore Mode for those looking for the ultimate challenge.

Street Cleaner: The Video Game will be available on Steam this fall for $14.99.
