Hellpoint, a sci-fi action-RPG heavily inspired by the Souls series, will be launching on July 30, developer Cradle Games and publisher tinyBuild have announced. The game takes place on Irid Novo, a nightmarish space station teeming with interdimensional monstrosities in service of cosmic gods, and tasks players with uncovering the truth behind a massive catastrophe known only as the Merge. The journey will no doubt be tough, but you won’t necessarily have to head out into the unknown alone, as Hellpoint supports both local and online co-op play, should you need it – speaking of which, a new trailer was also released for the game, which just so happens to highlight the various multiplayer elements of the title.
