SOMAPlatform: PC, PS4Genre: Survival HorrorDeveloper: Frictional GamesPublisher: Frictional GamesThat’s right, Frictional Games’ (Amnesia: The Dark Descent, Penumbra) latest horror game, Soma, has entered Beta, and the team has released a bit of a blog post explaining what that exactly entails. Well, the good news is that the game is more or less already complete, and no drastic changes can be made anymore – the Beta build is sent out to a few dozen people for testing and feedback, and then the polishing, fine-tuning and bug-fixing can happen.

So, as you may imagine, the next big phase will be the actual release, but Frictional has yet to share any information regarding a specific date – naturally, the whole feedback process will need to run its course first. They ended the blog post with a quick tease, that is, two new pictures – a piece of concept art and an in-game screenshot.
