We continue our coverage of E3’s trailer extravaganza with a whole host of amazing new announcements.

Resident Evil 2 remake

Not only did the highly-anticipated Resident Evil 2 remake receive two trailers right off the bat, we even learned its exact release date: indeed, we’ll be returning to the zombie-infested streets of Raccoon City come January 25, 2019 on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

Max Payne developer Remedy unveiled Control, a brand-new third-person shooter whose main heroine seems capable of controlling objects around her, then hurling them at her enemies. May the Force be with her.

Death Stranding

Hideo Kojima’s bizarre game returned with a new trailer and... let’s be honest, it still confuses us a great deal. This time around, the trailer didn’t just consist of gorgeous cutscenes, but actually showed off some gameplay footage as well.

An unexpected project from From Software, Déraciné appears to be a story-driven PSVR experience where you play as a ghost trying to prove its existence to a group of students at a boarding school.

Nintendo kicked off its E3 show with a whole barrage of announcements, then spent most of the time talking about Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, the latest entry of the franchise for Switch. The game will include every single Smash character in the history of the franchise, but it’s not without newcomers, either: Ridley (Metroid), Daisy (Mario series), and the Inklings (Splatoon) will all be joining the fray. Oh, and we have a release date as well: December 7.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna – The Golden Country

Fire Emblem: Three Houses
