No Straight Roads reveals August 25 launch date, offers playable demo

Developer Metronomik’s musical action-adventure game No Straight Roads, after having been delayed earlier this year, will finally be launching on August 25 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch and PC. The delay, which was announced by director Wan Hazmer in late May, came as a result of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, though Hazmer assured fans that the team would still try to ship the game sometime during the summer – a promise they’ve thankfully managed to keep. What’s more, there’s also a free playable demo available right now via the Epic Games Store, which offers a quick glimpse at a boss fight featured at 2018’s Tokyo Game Show.
