To some of you, the folks over at Man at Arms may need no introduction, but for those who now see them for the first time, here’s the gist of it – they create fictional weapons from video games, movies and so on. And we’re not talking cheap cosplay props here, but professionally created tools of combat, resembling the originals down to the very last detail both in design and sharpness. We’re talking about a team that produced a number of impressive weapons including the famous Final Fantasy VIII Gunblade, Kain’s sword from the Soul Reaver series, the iconic Scissor Blade from Kill la Kill and even Aragorn’s blade from the Lord of the Rings saga. The list could go on.
And since The Witcher 3 is probably still one of the most talked-about games of the year since its release in May, why not take a look at a video of these fine gentlemen forging not one, but two swords from Geralt’s arsenal. The process looks quite grueling, but the end result speaks for itself.
