Brimstone Brawlers, a Lovecraft-inspired multiplayer beat’em up, has made its debut on Steam Early Access. Developed by Ategig, Brimstone Brawlers invites players to a Victorian-style city teeming with dark secrets and unspeakable monstrosities where all sorts of unique characters roam the streets – and are more than ready to start brawling. The game features a starting roster of 12 different brawlers and supports both local and online multiplayer, allowing you to duke it out against several other players on a number of hazard-filled maps – and if you’re bored of shooting each other to smithereens or shoving unlucky opponents under a passing train (yes, you can do that), there’s also a separate, football-like bonus game mode called Bamball.

Brimstone Brawlers is available now via Steam Early Access. Developer Ategig is far from done with the project, though, and is planning several content updates for the coming months, many of which are detailed in the game’s public roadmap.
