You may remember The Game Kitchen as the ambitious team that brought us Lovecraft and Poe-inspired pixel adventure The Last Door. Well, now they’re working on something entirely different, but no less interesting – their latest project, Blasphemous, is a 2D action-platformer focusing on action, exploration, and… well, plenty of blasphemy, as you would expect. Now, the game is still in preproduction, so not much can be said for certain, but we do know that The Game Kitchen aims to launch a Kickstarter campaign for the project this May. If it’s successful, we can expect a late 2018 release on PC and consoles.
