Sifu, the fast-paced kung fu action game previously released only on the Epic Games Store along with Switch and PlayStation platforms, will be making its way to Xbox and Steam on March 28 – plus, it’s also getting a free expansion. Developer Sloclap originally launched Sifu in early 2022, mixing fluid kung fu combat with a unique twist: every time your character died, he would be brought back to life… older. Now, people looking for an extra lineup of challenges will be able to dive into the “Arenas” mode, a free expansion to Sifu that introduces five new game modes and nine locations: Survival mode will have you beat back endless waves of enemies, Time Attack has you race against the clock, Performance mode will demand that you rack up a respectable high score, Capture mode will have you capture and defend a specific area, while Manhunt will pit you against a well-guarded enemy that must be taken down at all costs.
