Hardspace: Shipbreaker, the first-person ship salvaging simulator by Blackbird Interactive, will be launching on Steam Early Access on June 16. The game works with a rather unique concept: you’re a blue-collar worker who needs to pay off a massive debt by salvaging parts from derelict space ships. As an employee of LYNX, a well-known salvaging corporation, you’ll have to take on highly dangerous jobs in order to earn your keep – from leaking pipes to melting reactor cores, outer space can find a multitude ways to prematurely end your career, but if you’re careful and professional enough, it’ll hopefully never come to that. Right?
