You love indie games, don’t you? Well, so do we! There’s no shortage of them, and every week brings with it brand-new releases worth checking out – which is where we come in, offering you this handy list of promising upcoming titles.

So, without further ado, here are some cool, promising games coming out this week! Enjoy!

Labyrinth Of The Demon King (May 13)

A first-person dungeon crawler offering nightmarish challenges to all those who would brave its depths, Labyrinth Of The Demon King tells the story of a lone soldier in feudal Japan who seeks to avenge his fallen Lord. After his Lord was slain in an ambush brought about by a demon’s treachery, our protagonist – and the only survivor of that ambush – vows to take down the monster responsible for his misfortunes.

Void Sails (May 14)

Ever wanted to have your own ship? How about a flying ship? Sound good? If so, Void Sails gives you that and much more: as the captain of a flying ship, you set off on a journey across uncharted space to find your missing father. The game will also feature numerous choices with heavy consequences, each of which can influence how the story unfolds as you explore different worlds and unravel dark secrets – sometimes at the cost of your own sanity…

Art House (May 14)

A 2D puzzle platformer with an artistic touch, Art House follows the lives of Lisa and her children as they get trapped inside the paintings of her deceased mother, Betty. Traversing fantastical landscapes inspired by Betty’s memories, Lisa must then wield a magical paintbrush to solve a variety of puzzles and hopefully find a way out.

Yasha: Legends of the Demon Blade (May 15)

Yasha: Legends of the Demon Blade takes place in a fantasy version of the Edo period where humans and demons once lived alongside each other – at least until the sovereign of demonkind, the so-called Nine-tailed Fox, shattered that fragile peace. Utilizing a colorful, anime-inspired art style, the game mixes charming visuals with action-RPG and roguelite elements; you can expect plenty of action, tricky boss fights, and three distinct playable characters to master.
