Better late than never, goes the saying, and Capcom feels the same, it would seem, as Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen – an enhanced edition to the company’s 2012 action RPG – will be getting a PC port come January of 2016. This upgraded PC version of Dragon’s Dogma will naturally feature high-resolution graphics, as well as all the added content found in the console release: every DLC, a new area to explore, more enemies, weapons, quests and all that good stuff. What’s unique about the game is its Pawn system – in short, this means that players will be joined by AI-controlled companions that have actually been shared by other players online. Well, that, and the fact that you get to battle huge monsters like griffins, drakes and so on, occasionally climbing on their backs for a few extra strikes. I think that’s the part most of us are looking forward to.

The game will be launching on PC in January, 2016 with a starting price of $29.99 / €29.99 / L24.99.
