What would Doom (previously known as Doom 4, but you know how titles are these days, they’re allergic to numbers) be like without its own host of multiplayer modes to frag enemies in? Well, a tiny bit less interesting, I suppose, since this modern revival of the FPS classic has just revealed its various multiplayer game modes, most of which look quite fun indeed. The short video showcases six modes in total, a few of which are fairly standard, while others aim to spice things up a bit. Freeze Tag looks particularly interesting, a game mode in which you have the ability to freeze enemies and thaw allies, while Warpath revolves around capturing a moving zone, no doubt resulting in a decent bit of fun, chaotic carnage. You can check out the video below for a full(er) demonstration.

Doom (totally not four) is scheduled to be released on May 13 for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
