Blasphemous, the brutal 2D action-platformer from developer The Game Kitchen, is out now and ready to throw you into the nightmarish hellscape of Cvstodia. You play as The Penitent One, a lone warrior who sets out to save the land from a curse that plagues it, facing hordes of grotesque monstrosities along the way – in terms of gameplay, Blasphemous offers nonlinear exploration, customizable moves for The Penitent One, and of course, a number of massive bosses to tackle. For those looking for a bit of extra content, there’s also a Digital Deluxe Edition, which includes the soundtrack, an art book, a digital comic and an alternative skin for the main character.
