Dark Souls 3: Ashes of Ariandel DLC to release this October

You may remember that the last time we talked about Dark Souls 3’s DLC, we mentioned that two were on the way, and that the first one would be releasing sometime this fall. Well, now we have an official announcement and a release date, to boot: Ashes of Ariandel will be releasing on October 25 for all platforms – that is, PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

The expansion, as you might expect, includes a brand new snowy area under the rule of a certain evil – one that you will have to investigate. Expect new weapons, armor and magic as it usually is the case with such things.
