A brand-new Challenge Mode is also being planned, which will allow players to replay missions with a repertoire of interesting modifiers to keep things fresh. Additionally, the team is committed to rolling out brand-new content for the game, including a community-voted map picked out by fans (the so-called Underground Lab), as well as the continuation of protagonist Kovalsky’s story, featuring additional levels and narrative elements. As noted above, every update listed on the roadmap will be available free of charge to all existing owners of the title.
In our review, we called Crime Scene Cleaner “a cleaning sim crossed with a mystery thriller, offering intriguing levels with oodles of personality”, noting how its intricate level design and fantastic atmosphere made for an absolutely killer combo that never grew stale.
