Indie developer Space Rock Games have announced Criminals Within, a fantasy-themed action-adventure game about an unlikely duo teaming up to save the world. Introduced as an asymmetric co-op title, Criminals Within follows the royal knight Helena and the rogue Jarel as they attempt to save their kingdom from a deadly disease called The Wither that threatens to bring the entire world to its knees. The project is being worked on by developers whose past credits include titles such as s Fable, Path of Exile, Black & White 2 and Chivalry 2, and will feature co-operative puzzles, fast-paced action, plenty of epic boss battles to tackle, as well as a storyline with splashes of light-hearted, Disney-inspired comedy.
