An English Haunting, a classics-inspired point & click adventure game from developer Postmodern Adventures, is out now. Set in early 20th century England, the game will have you take on the role of Professor Patrick Moore, who has exactly 72 hours to prove the existence of the supernatural – provided he doesn’t want his Metapsychic Investigations Department to be shut down. And so, he teams up with a fake medium to travel across England and Scotland, hoping to complete the so-called Box of Revelations, a mystical artifact that will supposedly enable him to peek into other dimensions. Doesn’t sound like an easy task, truth be told – but hey, is anything ever easy in a classic point & click adventure?
