The Wandering Village, from developer Stray Fawn Studio, works with a unique concept. It’s a city-builder with a twist that puts players in an interesting situation: they have to build a town atop a massive, dinosaur-like creature called Onbu. Indeed, organizing your community, building structures and producing food alone is not enough for success – you also have to maintain a symbiotic and mutually beneficial relationship with the creature in order to make sure that it remains healthy and happy. After all, if something happens to it, it’s your town on the line. Developer Stray Fawn Studio has also launched a Kickstarter campaign for the project, and it’s doing exceptionally well – so well, in fact, that it’s already working on unlocking its stretch goals.
