Cabernet, a narrative RPG from developer Party for Introverts and publisher Akupara Games, is being released on October 24, came a recent announcement. Taking place in a world inspired by 19th century Eastern Europe, Cabernet will follow the life – or rather, un-life – of a young vampire by the name of Liza, who must navigate between the societies of mortals and immortals while struggling with her own inner demons. The choice, of course, is yours to either indulge in your newfound powers, or to try and retain your humanity as much as possible; while it’s very much possible to help those around you, Liza must also come to terms with the harsh reality that she has to feed in order to survive. Such is the eternal dilemma of vampires.
