Assassin’s Creed Odyssey will go free to play between March 19 and 23 on PC, PS4 and Xbox One, Ubisoft recently announced. The latest entry in the long-running Assassin’s Creed franchise, Odyssey invites players to dive into the world of Ancient Greece during the Peloponnesian War – set hundreds of years before the founding of the Assassin Brotherhood – and features the option to choose either a male (Alexios) or a female (Kassandra) protagonist. Those who play during the free weekend will also be able to unlock a recently-revealed Ezio outfit; additionally, any progress you make will be carried over to the full game, should you decide to purchase it.
