It’s 2018, it’s summer, which means it’s E3 season again. We took a look at some of the biggest announcements from this year’s conferences and compiled them into this handy little list for you to enjoy. Have a look below.

Anthem

BioWare’s upcoming flying space suit shooter Anthem has a release date now: It’ll be out on PC, PS4 and Xbox One come February 22, 2019. Also, it won’t have lootboxes – and thank God for that.

Command & Conquer: Rivals

The illustrious Command & Conquer franchise returns… as a mobile game. Let that sink in for a second.

Battlefield V

So what’s the thing every other game comes with these days? You guessed right: a battle royale mode. Battlefield V is no different. Are you surprised? We’re not.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order

There’s a new Star Wars game in development over at Respawn Entertainment, and while no actual gameplay footage was show, we know it’s called Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. The story takes place between Episodes III and IV, during a time when the Jedi are hunted, and you’ll play as a young Padawan trying to survive. According to Respawn, the game will be out in late 2019.

Halo Infinite

Master Chief returns in a game that doesn’t actually have anything to do with Bioshock. Halo Infinite looks pretty and will have cars and misty mountains, so do check out its trailer.

Ori and the Will of the Wisps

We got another trailer for the previously announced Ori sequel called Ori and the Will of the Wisps.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice

I simply called this one Samurai Souls before the title dropped, but as it turns out, it’s actually called Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice – it’s a brand new game from Souls developer From Software, but one that seems to carry on the Souls legacy in its own, unique way. It looks stylish and gruesome with undead samurai warriors and huge snakes and who knows what else.

The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit

Captain Spirit is a charming new adventure taking place in the universe of Life is Strange, starring a young boy who wants to be a superhero. The game will have connections to the upcoming Life is Strange 2 and will be available for free on June 26. It’s coming to PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

Metro: Exodus

Another trip into the post-apocalyptic wasteland – the gorgeous Metro: Exodus received a new trailer full of guns, reload animations, and monsters.

Kingdom Hearts 3

Popular “Square meets Disney” action-RPG series Kingdom Hearts debuts on the Xbox for the first time – during Microsoft’s conference, we got a quick look at the game’s Frozen-inspired world.
