After two decades of dormancy, Shadowman is getting a new video game adaptation called Shadowman: Darque Legacy. Developed by Blowfish Studios and based on the renowned comic book series by Valiant Comics, the project will be the first video game installment in the franchise since 1999’s original Shadow Man and its 2002 sequel, Shadow Man: 2econd Coming. In the new game, players will take on the role of Jack Boniface, a novice “Shadowman”, who must protect the world of the living against the forces of the darkness, exploring both the mortal realm, as well as the land of the dead – the so-called Deadside.
